EcoGlove’s Growing Impact

When we launched EcoGlove in 2024, our goal was simple: give single‑use gloves a second life instead of a one‑way trip to the landfill. Thanks to our partners and supporters, that mission is quickly turning into measurable change.

10,000 gloves reclaimed (and counting)
We collect used vinyl, nitrile and latex gloves through EcoGlove bins and ship them to TerraCycle via its Zero Waste Box program. TerraCycle shreds, cleans, and melts the material into plastic pellets that become park benches, outdoor flooring, and other long‑life products.

150 pounds of rubber diverted from landfills
Every pound kept out of the waste stream reduces greenhouse‑gas emissions, saves landfill space, and conserves the raw materials required to make new products.

10 local businesses on board
From dermatology clinics to community yoga studios, each partner that joins, expands our initiative’s collection statistics and inspires others to participate.

Community education and momentum
Beyond recycling, EcoGlove partners with school eco‑clubs, shares guides for setting up in‑office recycling stations, and organizes creative fundraising to maintain operations.

What’s next?

Expansion: We are finalizing logistics to serve the wider Central Valley, giving more clinics and studios an easy pathway to recycle.

Inspiration: The EcoGlove Initiative has inspired our founders to extend their conservation efforts globally in various ways. We hope that our partner businesses are also inspired to continue their conservation efforts in their communities and beyond.

EcoGlove began with a simple question: What if every glove could do more? The answer is already clear: when businesses and communities pull together, even disposable items become part of a circular solution. Thank you for being part of this journey!
